We are pleased to announce that we have just received the bronze medal at the RESIDENTIAL
The property – a prestigious complex, is located in Piraeus, the fourth largest city in Greece and Piraeus port is the main port of Greece and one of the largest in Europe. The building is ready to operate as an apartment hotel and includes 87 apartments on 8 floors.
The building has two underground car park with 98 parking spaces for cars, 29 parking spaces for motorcycles and 18 parking spaces for bicycles. Shops are located on the ground floor and can be adapted for any use. On the roof of the building there is a pool with panoramic views. The building also includes: a gym, children’s playground, private balconies, sound and music systems within the walls of public spaces and elevators.
This is quite an honor, as the jury of the awards consists mainly of architects, distinguished academics, institutional agents, other developers and real estate experts.
Despite the “bronze” medal, we are the category winner, as there was no building with a higher score than ours.
It is not an ARCHITECTURAL award. It is a DEVELOPMENT award.
